NURSING SERVICE
BCH has a specialized nurse team skilled in each disease and other staff to provide special care for you during your stay and treatment, and at each department in the hospital as follows:- NURSING SPECIALIZED CASES
- INTENSIVE CARE UNIT
Nursing gynecological patients :
Located at 4 Floor, Moh Welles Building
Delivery unit :consists of 4 Pre-delivery beds and 4 Delivery beds. Opening 24 hrs.
Post-delivery Unit, Welles 4 Unit : consists of 22 rooms divided into different parts: the group of mothers with normal delivery, mothers with caesarian section, potential pre-mature deliveries, mothers with non-infectious female diseases and critical cases.
Infant Unit :serves infants whose weights are from 1,800 grams and over, not in critical condition by effectively nurturing their body, mind, emotion and also spirituality with a high standard. Breast-feeding is encouraged here. We give the family confidence in rearing their infants.
Nursing surgical patients
Located on 3 floor Moh Bradley Building, consisting of:
Surgical Room Unit : serving both out-patients and in-patients who come for all kinds of surgery (including endoscopy except cardio surgery and transplantation), Consists 6 rooms open 24 hrs and ready to support emergency cases within 10 minutes.
Anesthesia Unit : provides local anesthetic by skillful specialists with suitable technology, aiming for the safety of the patient and reducing any complications and risks that might occur before, during and after the operation.
Surgical Patient Unit : 3 subunits :
- - Welles 6 Unit: located on 6 floor, Moh Welles Building
- - Welles 7 Unit: located on 7 floor, Moh Welles Building
- - Welles 8 Unit: located on 8 floor, Moh welles Building, serves the surgical
Internal Medicine Treatment
Internal Medicine In-patient Department provides treatment for the patients of Internal medicine 15 years old and over. Consisting of 4 units :
Welles 9 Unit, located 9 Floor, Moh Welles Building
Specializes in service for the patients who need monitoring ECG with
Telemetry.
Welles 10 Unit, located at Welles 10, Moh Welles Building
Specializes in service for the patients with infectious diseases, who need isolated rooms.
Welles 11 Unit, located at Wells 11, Moh Welles Building
Specializes in providing treatment for cancer cases with chemotherapy
and also out-patients with chemotherapy on every Tuesday and Saturday

Welles 12 Unit, located 12th Floor, Moh Welles Building
Pediatric treatment consists of :
Pediatric In-patient Department provides treatment for non-critical patients from birth to 15 years old, at the pediatric ward.

- Welles 16 Unit, located at 16th floor, Moh Welles Building
Surgery
ICU Bradley 3 Located at 3 floor, Moh Bradley Building, capacity of 8 beds, 24 hrs, providing surgery for people 15 years old and over critical condition before and after an operation.
Internal medicine
ICU and CCU Department, Bradley 9
Located on 9 floor, Moh Bradley Building with 15 bed, 2 sections of services
as follows:
Internal Medicine ICU, Bradley 9: Capacity of 8 beds, 2 beds for dialysis 2 separate rooms, providing treatment for internal medicine the patients 15 years old or over in critical condition with 24 hrs service
Internal Medicine CCU, Bradley 9: Capacity of 7 beds, 2 beds for dialysis, a separate Room, providing treatment for internal medicine patient 15 years old or over, in critical condition, especially heart and vessel system cases that need to be Closely observed with ECG and Telemetry, in cooperation with Welles 12 and Welles 9 section, 24 hrs service.
Pediatrics
PICU Welles 17, located at 17th floor, Moh Welles Building, with 12 beds, providing pediatric treatment treatment for critical cases from birth to 15 years old
NICU Welles 17, located at 17th floor, Moh Welles Building, with 10 beds, providing pediatric treatment for critical cases of infants aged under 26 weeks, 24-hrs service.

The NURSE team at the ward (apart from opd nurses) will monitor the patient’s condition and coordiates with the doctor for the treatment that the patient will receive as follows:
- 1. Welfare
- Teeth cleaning (morning-evening)
- Body cleaning (morning-evening)
- Help for movement, position, walking (including ambulate)
- Cleaning, arranging the environment, changing bed sheet-pillowcase-blanket, providing drinks, tissue and newspaper
- 2. Food
- Warming the food
- Feeding food / milk (for kids and infants), assistance during the meal
- 3. Excretion
- Cleaning after any excretion
- 4. Monitoring the condition
- At least 2 visits / shift
- Checking the vital signs and measuring the urine
- 5. Providing information, counseling, coordinating, and preparing for discharge
- Coordinating to give proper treatment and counseling with the health team in/out-side hospital
- Giving information, knowledge, advice concerning diseases, providing help and preparation before leaving for home.
- 6. Providing assistance for diagnosis and proper treatment
- Assistance in transferring for treatment such as X-ray, EKG, physical therapy, surgery and ICU
- Providing tablets, pills, drops, salves or balm etc.
